Kent family & baby photographer
Kent family photographer
As a Kent family photographer, I offer natural, relaxed, fun family photography. I aim for you to come away with timeless images of precious moments in the life of your family. Giving you photos capturing your family’s natural character, with everyone being themselves and having fun is my goal.
Feeling relaxed is the number one thing we can do to get these photos. So what do you and your family do together? Trips to the park to play on the swings or enjoy a summer picnic? Wellies on for jumping in puddles? Walking the dog in the countryside or crunching on autumn leaves in the woods? Most families have somewhere that’s special to them but as a Kent family photographer, I can help you decide on somewhere that’s perfect for you if you’re looking for inspiration.
Children love being free-range so getting out and about means we get them at their best. They are usually curious explorers, who help their parents loosen up and have fun. If they have a favourite game, hobby or interest, it’s lovely to incorporate this too.
Kent family photographer – your newborn baby
As a Kent family photographer, it’s a perk of the job that families ask me to photograph their new little people. Having welcomed a brand new baby myself in December 2017, I’ve experienced first-hand that babies grow and change so quickly. Seeing your baby every day you forget what they looked like a week before!
I treasure the snuggled-up, sleepy pictures of my tiny, newborn baby son. They are on his nursery wall and in frames on the mantlepiece at the home of his great-grandparents. I see my favourite one every time I look at my home screen on my mobile. Beautiful, timeless images of your newborn will always be precious to you and your family so capture those early days before they’re gone forever.
Baby photography is done in a warm and cosy room in the comfort of your own home. Newborn baby photography shoots are ideal when done within the first couple of weeks of the birth of your baby, 7-14 days.
I aim to spend around 2-4 hours with you and your baby. We won’t be shooting for the whole time as baby may be hungry or need changing, but this gives us plenty of time to get them settled.
So you can watch them grow, I also offer maternity and baby milestones collections. With a range of options available, you can choose the milestones to tell the story of your child’s early years.
